You’ve Got an Offer: New Candy Offer Emails Are Live

When another collector wants a piece of your collection, you’ll now know about it.

We’ve rolled out a new Offer notification experience designed to make it easier to keep tabs on activity around the collectibles you own.

Going forward, when another collector makes an offer on one of your Candy collectibles on Magic Eden, you may receive an email from Candy showing you what they’re interested in, how much they’re offering and a direct path back to Candy to review it.

No need to constantly check for activity. We’ll help bring the action to you.

What You’ll See in an Offer Email

The new email is designed to give you the important information at a glance.

You’ll see:

• The collectible receiving the offer
• The collectible’s player or title details
• The amount being offered in SOL
• An approximate USD value
• A View Offers on Candy button

Selecting View Offers on Candy will take you back to Candy, where you can review your offer activity.

Introducing Your Offers Page

We’ve also added a dedicated Offers page to Candy, giving you one place to keep track of offers made on your collectibles through Magic Eden.

You can access it directly through the user menu while logged into Candy.

That means when an Offer email hits your inbox, you can jump back into Candy and see what’s waiting for you.

What Can I Do With an Offer?

For now, the new experience is focused on visibility and notifications.

The email lets you know that someone has made an offer, while the Offers page gives you a dedicated place to review that activity from within Candy.

An in-Candy Accept Offer flow is not part of this initial release.

Because accepting an offer involves the transfer of both the collectible and funds, we’re taking a careful approach to transactional functionality like this.

As we continue improving the Candy collecting experience, expect us to keep making it easier to understand what’s happening around the collectibles you own.

With Offer emails now live, you’ll have a much better chance of knowing when that happens.
