Candy’s New Site Is Live: What Fans Can Expect Today

Candy Digital’s new site is now live, marking another major step in the platform’s move to Solana and the next era of Candy collecting.

This launch gives fans a first look at the new Candy experience, including deeper asset details, migration tracking, wallet visibility, updated terms, and the foundation for self-custody and secondary trading.

Here’s what fans can expect today, and what’s coming in the weeks ahead.

What Fans Can Expect Today

A New Way to View Your Assets

Fans will now see a new product detail page when clicking into an item from their collection.

This page gives fans a closer look at each asset, including decentralized images, videos, metadata, player attributes, on-chain serial numbers, and edition size information when applicable.

For DC3 comics, fans will also see a “View Comic” button that opens a more detailed comic viewer with thumbnails for every page. Each page is being stored on Arweave, helping preserve the full comic experience beyond the Candy platform.

Migration Progress Tracking

Each item detail page will also include a migration status progress bar.

When an asset reaches 100%, that item will be on Solana and in the fan’s wallet.

Many items are already more than halfway through the process, with images uploaded to Arweave and metadata generated. The final step is minting the item on Solana.

This gives fans a clearer view of where their assets stand as migration continues.

Wallet Visibility Starts Today

Candy has generated wallets for fans whose assets are being migrated.

Starting today, fans will be able to see their public wallet key and view the wallet on-chain. As assets complete migration, they will appear in that wallet.

Once migration is complete, fans will have their private key revealed, import the wallet into Phantom, and use it with supported Solana marketplaces.

To reveal the private key, fans will need to complete two-factor authentication again. The site will also include instructions for adding the wallet to Phantom.

Updated Terms and Privacy Policy

When fans log into the new site for the first time, they will be asked to accept the updated Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Even fans who accepted terms on the interim site will need to reaccept them on the new site.

What Fans Can Expect in the Coming Weeks

Targeting On or Around June 8 for Migration Completion

Candy is targeting on or around June 8 for the next major milestone: completing migration for many eligible legacy assets.

This timing is not guaranteed because the speed of the Solana blockchain can vary, especially with a migration of this size.

Once migration is complete, fans will be able to reveal their private keys, take custody of their wallets, and access full secondary trading for legacy assets on supported Solana marketplaces, including Magic Eden.

Secondary Trading Is Coming After Migration

After migration is complete, secondary trading will open for legacy assets.

This is one of the biggest changes in the new Candy experience. Fans will be able to take custody of their assets and interact with them beyond Candy through supported Solana marketplaces.

The move to Solana is not just about where assets live. It is about giving fans more control, more flexibility, and a stronger home for their collections.

More Burning and Credit Tools Are Planned

The credit system is already operational from the interim burn window, and Candy will be able to turn on more burning opportunities for legacy items in the future.

This could include always-on burning or scheduled burn mechanics tied to credits.

Burning will continue to be an important part of Candy’s approach to supply control, scarcity, and fan participation.

Balance Options Are Tentatively Targeted for June 16

Candy is also working toward a feature that will allow fans with old outstanding Candy cash balances to either convert those cash balances to credits or withdraw them.

This is currently targeted tentatively for June 16, with more details to come as the feature gets closer.

New Sales Will Follow When the Platform Is Ready

Before Candy begins selling new items, the team is working through key payment and infrastructure updates, including Stripe integration.

Potential timing discussed includes later in June, around the week of June 22, but those dates are not final.

The priority is making sure the experience is ready, tested, and stable before new sales go live.

What Comes Next

Today’s launch is the start of the new Candy site experience.

Fans can now expect better asset visibility, migration tracking, wallet access, and updated platform agreements. In the coming weeks, the focus will shift toward completing migration, enabling private key access, opening secondary trading, adding more burn and credit tools, supporting balance options, and preparing for future sales.

Candy’s new era is no longer just on the way.

It starts today.
