Candy Community Update: Your NFTs and SOL Are on the Move
The move to your new and improved Candy wallet has started. Keeping your NFTs and SOL secure is our top priority, and every step of this migration is built around that. Here’s what’s happening this week.
The move to your new and improved Candy wallet has started. Keeping your NFTs and SOL secure is our top priority, and every step of this migration is built around that. Here’s what’s happening this week.
SOL is moving, and that’s us
We began transferring SOL to your new wallets over the weekend and will keep moving it throughout the week, including restoring the SOL taken from your wallet. If you saw SOL leave your old wallet, that was Candy, not another unauthorized transaction.
Your NFTs are next
Following this update, we’ll begin transferring your NFTs to your new self-custody wallet. As they move, they’ll disappear from your old wallet. That’s expected. They’re heading to your new wallet, not leaving your collection.
Once your SOL and NFTs have been transferred, we’ll share new wallet sign-in instructions through official Candy Digital channels.
Open listings will be cancelled
All active marketplace listings are being cancelled as part of the migration. We’ll send SOL to your new wallet to cover the original listing fee.
View now, trade soon
You’ll be able to see your NFTs through links on OpenSea and Magic Eden, but you can’t trade them from your new wallet just yet. We appreciate your patience, and we’ll let you know the moment you can.
Stay safe
Candy will never DM you, ask for your seed phrase or private key, or ask you to send SOL or NFTs anywhere.
More later this week. Questions? Reach out to [email protected].
