Candy Community Update: Your New Candy Wallet Is Ready to Claim

The wait is over. Starting today, you can claim your new Candy Wallet and see your collection in it.

Here's exactly what to do, what you'll see when you get in, and what's coming next.

How to claim your wallet

1. Go to wallet.candy.io.
2. Enter the email address tied to your Candy account. Use it exactly as it appears in the email we sent you; if you have more than one Candy account, each one has its own wallet, and each uses its own email.
3. Check your inbox for a one-time sign-in code. It comes from MoonPay, our wallet partner, with Candy branding on it. Enter the code and you're in.

Heads up: the first code email may land in your spam or junk folder. If it does, mark it Not Spam so future codes go straight to your inbox.

That's it. No seed phrases, no downloads, nothing to install. Every time you sign in from now on, you'll get a fresh code the same way.

There’s no deadline to claim. Your wallet and collection will be there whenever you’re ready. But the sooner you claim, the sooner your SOL refund can be processed.

What you'll see once you're in

• Your collectibles. Every Candy collectible you own is already there, waiting for you.
• Your SOL refund. Your balance will show 0 SOL to start, along with a notification that you’re owed a refund and a button to request it. Hit the button. We’ll begin approving refunds next week, and your SOL will land in your wallet. A small number of requests will need a quick step to confirm it’s really you before approval; if yours does, we’ll reach out.
• Wallet Connect, Send SOL, and Transfer NFT will show as Coming Soon. They're built and tested; we're holding them for a few days so we can focus on making sure every collector gets into their wallet without a hitch. Once claims are flowing smoothly and SOL refunds are moving, we'll switch them on.

What's next

Here's the order of operations from here:

1. Claim period → happening now.
2. SOL refunds → approvals begin next week.
3. Wallet Connect, Send SOL, and Transfer NFT → turned on once refunds are underway. Wallet Connect is what lets you plug into marketplaces like Magic Eden.
4. Down the road → we're working on a Candy Wallet browser extension for one-click connection to apps, and the ability to buy SOL right inside your wallet. More on those when they're closer.

• Your sign-in code is for you only. Candy will never DM you, call you, or email you asking for it. Only ever enter it at wallet.candy.io.
• Candy will never ask you to send SOL or collectibles anywhere.
