Candy Burn Window Opens Tomorrow

Dear Fans,

Tomorrow, Candy will open the burn window for eligible digital collectibles.

This is an important step as we continue preparing Candy for its next chapter, and we want to make sure every fan understands what is changing, what action is available, and how we are protecting accounts during this process.

Because burning requires active participation from fans, the Candy platform will not be operating as a read-only site during this window. Fans who choose to burn eligible collectibles will be taking an irreversible action through their account.

To help protect fans while this functionality is live, Candy will be implementing two-factor authentication. This added security measure is designed to help ensure that account activity is authorized and that fans have an extra layer of protection before taking any action involving their collectibles.

The burn window will remain open through May 20.

Please remember: burns are irreversible. Once a collectible is burned, it cannot be recovered, restored, or returned to your account. Fans who choose to burn eligible collectibles will be actively confirming that decision by clicking the burn button.

You may also see burn language on the platform referencing a 0.5 credit value. To be clear, 0.5 credit equals $0.50.

As always, please review your account carefully before taking any action. If you do not wish to burn an eligible collectible, no burn action is required.
