2026 MLB Base Series Collection Quests

The 2026 MLB Base Series introduced 100 players, 2,500 packs and a new generation of Candy collecting.
Now, it's time to build.
Collectors can participate in three different Base Series Collection Quests: Full Collection, Partial Set and Rainbow Set.
Full Collection Quest: Collect All 100 ICONs

The ultimate Base Series challenge.
Collect and hold all 100 2026 MLB Base Series ICONs in your Candy collection by the September 7 at 5 PM ET quest deadline to complete the Full Collection Quest.
Requirement:
- Collect all 100 eligible 2026 MLB Base Series ICONs
- Hold the complete set in the same Candy account at the applicable snapshot
Reward:
- 2026 MLB Base Series Shohei Ohtani Reward ICON
One hundred players. One complete set. One Shohei Ohtani Reward ICON waiting at the finish line.
Partial Set Quest: Collect 50
Not at 100 yet? There's another milestone worth chasing.
Collectors who own 50 2026 MLB Base Series ICONs can complete the Partial Set Collection Quest.
Requirement:
- Collect and hold 50 2026 MLB Base Series ICONs
Reward:
- 2026 MLB Base Series Aaron Judge Reward ICON
Whether you're halfway to the full checklist or building specifically for Judge, 50 gets you there.
And yes: ICONs used toward the Partial Set Quest can also help you build toward the Full Collection Quest.
Rainbow Set Collection Quest

Some collectors build wide. Others chase color.
Five players from the 2026 MLB Base Series received limited Rainbow Variant ICONs across Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue and Pink, with each Rainbow ICON numbered to just /15.
Complete all five colors for an eligible player and you'll earn that player's Rainbow Reward ICON.
Eligible players include:
- Munetaka Murakami
- Bobby Witt Jr.
- Mike Trout
- Junior Caminero
- Paul Skenes
Requirement:
- Collect the complete five-color Rainbow set — Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue and Pink — for an eligible player
Reward:
- A Rainbow Reward ICON featuring that player and a 30-second video montage that brings together the clips featured across all five Rainbow ICONs
Complete multiple Rainbows? You can earn a Rainbow Reward ICON for each qualifying player set you complete.
Pick your player. Find the colors. Finish the Rainbow.
2026 MLB Gold Series Collection Quests

2026 MLB Gold Series Collection Quests
Base Series is about building the checklist.
Gold Series raises the stakes.
Across six themed Gold Series releases, collectors will have the opportunity to build a 36-player collection featuring some of the biggest stars, young players and arms in baseball — all across some of the lowest-edition Rare and Epic MLB ICONs Candy has ever released.
The six Gold Series groups are:
- POWER
- NEXT GEN
- ROOKIES
- SPEED
- ACES
- AWARDS
POWER kicked things off with Shohei Ohtani, Juan Soto, Manny Machado, Freddie Freeman, Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and Kyle Schwarber.
NEXT GEN followed with Elly De La Cruz, Pete Crow-Armstrong, Gunnar Henderson, Junior Caminero, Jackson Chourio and James Wood.
And we're not done yet.
Every Gold Series release adds another piece to two collection-wide quests.
Gold Series Full Set Collection Quest
This is the big one.
To complete the Gold Series Full Set Collection Quest, collectors must own an ICON of all 36 players featured across the six Gold Series groups.
But there's an extra challenge.
Your collection must also include at least one Epic-or-higher ICON from each of the six Gold Series groups.
Requirement:
- Collect all 36 Gold Series players
- Own at least one Epic or Legendary ICON from each of the six Gold Series groups
Reward Package:
- Munetaka Murakami Gold Series Reward ICON
- $500 in Candy Credits
Thirty-six players. Six premium rarity requirements. One serious collector flex.
Gold Series Partial Set Collection Quest
You don't need every player to earn a Gold Series Reward ICON.
For the Partial Set Collection Quest, collectors need to build across all six Gold Series groups by owning three ICONs of any three players from each group.
There is no rarity requirement for the Partial Set Quest. Rare, Epic and Legendary Gold Series ICONs can all count toward completion.
Requirement:
- Own three ICONs of any three players from each of the six Gold Series groups
- No rarity requirement
Reward:
- Kevin McGonigle Gold Series Reward ICON
That means your collection can't live in just POWER or NEXT GEN. To finish the quest, you'll need to follow the Gold Series all season and build across every group.
Gold Series Collection Quests close on November 2, 2026 at 2 PM ET (date subject to change).
One Collection. More Ways to Play.
Collection Quests are about giving every ICON another purpose.
Maybe you're trying to finish all 100 Base Series players. Maybe you're one Pink away from completing a Rainbow. Maybe you've already secured your POWER and NEXT GEN Gold Series ICONs and you're waiting to see who's next.
However you collect, there's another target on the board.
For Gold Series collectors, the current quest deadline is November 2, 2026 at 2 PM ET, subject to change based on the remaining Gold Series auction schedule.
We'll also be sharing a first look at the Base Series and Gold Series Reward ICONs, so stay tuned.
One pack can start a collection.
Finishing it is up to you.
