Unleash the Adventure: Justice League (2011-2016) #1 Meets DC Overdrive

Prepare to be swept into a new chapter of heroism as the members of the Justice League join forces on DC Overdrive.

Justice League (2011-2016) #1 kickstarts the epic saga of the DC Universe's greatest Super Heroes coming together in the face of an alien invasion led by Darkseid. Secure your copy of Justice League (2011-2016) #1 during the DC3 drop on Feb 22 to participate in the inaugural DC Overdrive crafting event:

  • Feb 22, 2024 at 9am PT - Feb 28, 2024 at 9am PT for Bat Cowl Holders
  • Feb 29, 2024 at 9am PT - Mar 6, 2024 at 9am PT for All DC Community Members

How it Works

For Bat Cowl Holders

Bat Cowl holders with one of the  DC FanDome 2021 Disks listed below, Justice League (2011-2016) #1, and 1 unit of Overdrive Cell in their accounts are invited to participate in the Overdrive: Bat Cowl Exclusive Beta crafting event, starting Feb 22 through Feb 28, 2024. 

A snapshot will be taken on Feb 21, 2024 at 9am PT and eligible Bat Cowl holders will be airdropped one (1) Overdrive Cell v1: BETA Prototype Exclusive per Bat Cowl for use in this crafting experience.

If you opt out of participating in this experience, you can keep your Overdrive Cell in your collection. Overdrive Cell v1: BETA Prototype Exclusive is limited to one (1) unit per Bat Cowl and is not tradable on the DC NFT Marketplace.

Bat Cowl holders will need the following assets to participate in the experience:

By participating in the Overdrive: Bat Cowl Exclusive Beta crafting event, you will earn one (1) Bat Cowl-exclusive Legendary Justice League (2011-2016) #1.

For All DC Community Members

All DC Community Members can participate in the DC Overdrive: Public Beta crafting event starting on Feb 29 through Mar 6, 2024. To participate, you will need to hold one of the DC FanDome 2021 Disks listed below, Justice League (2011-2016) #1, and 1 unit of Overdrive Cell in your account for each crafting.

One (1) unit of Overdrive Cell will be included as part of your Justice League (2011-2016) #1 Primary Sale purchase. Overdrive Cells are not tradable on the DC NFT Marketplace.

DC Community Members will need the following assets to join the experience:

After securing these items, prepare for Feb 29, when eligible DC Community Members get to merge, burn, and create new collectibles that  unlock new dimensions of interactivity.

By participating in the DC Overdrive: Public Beta crafting event, you will earn one (1) Justice League (2011-2016) #1. Core through Legendary rarities will be available and will be randomly distributed.

Once your crafting experience is complete, expect an airdrop of your new digital collectible soon after the Overdrive Beta events end.

You can engage in unlimited crafting sessions, provided you have enough resources. There's no cap on the number of times you can craft, as long as you possess the essential trio of ingredients for each crafting attempt. Want multiple rewards? Simply repeat the challenge for additional rewards.

You'll receive an Overdrive Cell for each purchase of Justice League (2011-2016) #1, enabling unlimited crafting opportunities. So, craft to your heart’s content!

Here’s a Step-by-Step Walkthrough:

  1. Participate in the Justice League (2011-2016) #1 DC3 drop during the primary sale from Feb 22 through Mar 6, 2024.
  2. If you’re not a Bat Cowl holder, you’ll need to hold onto your Justice League (2011-2016) #1 + Overdrive Cell until Feb 29 when you can participate in the Overdrive crafting event. Set a reminder for yourself to come back in a few days.
  3. Confirm that you have the proper requirements to move forward or go to the Marketplace and search for any items you’re missing:
    🦇 Batman & The Court of Owls
    👀 John Stewart, Green Lantern
    🦸‍♀️ Diana of Themyscira, Wonder Woman
    🦸 Kal-El, Superman

Once you’ve got the necessary items to move forward:

  1. Start your Overdrive crafting experience at Candy.com/DC and select “Overdrive” in the navigation bar.
  2. Select DC Overdrive Beta.
  3. Select the challenge opportunity you want to explore. 
  4. View the collectible pieces required for crafting. 
  5. If you are missing a collectible piece, you can acquire one in the Marketplace.
  6. Hit “Complete Challenge” at the top of the page to get to the asset selection page.
  7. Select the assets you would like to burn to complete the challenge, then click next:
    a) DC FanDome 2021 Disk
    b) Overdrive Cell
    c) Justice League (2011-2016) #1
  8. In the Burn Confirmation screen, click “Confirm & Burn” to submit your assets to burn.
  9. Confirm you're ready to burn your collectibles in exchange for a new collectible.
  10. You'll receive an email that you've completed the craft. Your new collectible(s) will be airdropped to your account at the end of the Overdrive crafting event.
