Chet Holmgren: Number one recruit turns number one draft pick? Power forward Chet Holmgren has a lot to offer on both sides of the ball. The seven-foot freshman has 114 defensive rebounds alone, 58 blocks and 8 steals, and we’re only halfway through the season. Don’t sleep on his offensive capabilities either; he has over a 60% field goal success rate, and makes 72% of shots taken from the foul line.

Jalen Duren: Just shy of seven feet tall, Jalen Duren isn’t here to mess around in the paint. The freshman center is shooting over 60% so far this season, and has racked up triple digits in rebounds. Duren’s mock draft spot at number five is well-deserved and we’re excited to have him join the collection.

JD Davison: Guard JD Davison was named the “Biggest Upside” in his conference. Also a top 15 member in the mock draft, you can expect to see that upside in full force. Davison has crazy athleticism paired with a killer ability to shoot. There is a lot to come from this 6’3” freshman in the future, and Candy is happy to have him be part of the collection.

Bryce McGowens: Candy pulled another future star with Bryce McGowens. The 6’7” shooting guard has a lot of promise, leading his team in scoring and shining on defense. So far this season, McGowens has racked up triple digit rebounds, and he shoots 83% from the free throw line. And he’s only a freshman.

Blake Wesley: Four-star recruit Blake Wesley has a lot to offer for his team, already setting his school’s freshman record for consecutive double-digit scoring games. He netted his third freshman of the week award in his conference in late January, and will be a handful for opponents come conference tournament time. The 6’5” guard has 248 points in just 17 games.
